Within 30 minutes in my room a bedbug… Within 30 minutes in my room a bedbug began crawling on the upholstered headboard. My room was changed and was informed the room rate would be refunded and a manager would call in the morning. 48 hours later after no call nor refund I called the manager. Still waiting for refund. Both rooms were dirty with visible debris on the floors. Bathroom was very dirty, decided to forgo a shower

Our experience was very positive Our experience was very positive. It was very nice to not worry about driving to the airport from out of town and then needing to obtain parking for long term, and then procuring rides to and from the airport. We just drove to the hotel, spent the night, left the car parked at the hotel, used the shuttle service to the airport. Great way to travel for us.

Selection and price of nice hotels was good The Hotel was nice and clean but dated. The restaurant was excellent. The employees were super friendly and helpful. I just had an issue with the communications from ParkSleepFly - there was no invoice sent with a link to the hotel and reservation confirmation. When we left for the hotel I actually had to call the hotel to make sure I had a reservation and look up the address in maps. An email with this information and links would have been extremely helpful.

AWESOME DRIVER Clean room, super early flight but cold breakfast options were still available, manager was eager to help and even though our flight came in LATE and past 1AM our driver was great and we got to our car in record time
