Misleading Quote that you can't actually book We have flown using Jettly.com for sometime now and we are a member of their program paying 7000+ annualy. Their online quote system is a total scam. You look at the quote for around $7000 on a Challenger 300 for a one way flight from the Nor Cal to the So Cal then click on the charter finding out you get the immidiate response from their sales with multiple quotes in much smaller aircrafts including the Turbo props at MUCH higher costs. Misleading Advertisements or the quotes. Reporting to the BBB

Edited-Not even going to comment other then… Not even going to comment other than this. Edit- your service is terrible, unreliable, and an absolute lie of a business. This is why you haven’t received confirmation for that particular flight. Thanks for trying, but no it does not help.

Number of communications was… Number of communications was overwhelming and caused me to just call broker. Also communications not coordinated. I would answer a question via an automated email and would receive two more emails asking same thing. Finally cost was 43% than the cost through broker for same plane and on same date.

Excellent and swift personal feedback… Excellent and swift personal feedback with humans but too many automated emails in 24 hours, it feels too much. It would be great if there was some sort of opt in by mail type option as some of the messages are good and some feel very spamy
