BE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL! This website appears to be a scam; exercise caution. The hotel did not receive my reservation, and upon arrival, there was no booking. The company immediately charged $164 to my credit card. And I have to pay the amount again to the hotel, otherwise I would have sleep on the street. I’ve received no response via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. Avoid booking with this site. I hope my bank will refund the money; otherwise, I’ll report it to the police. Horrible!

Confirmed after 5 hours I made a reservation and they charged my card immediately, although I didn't receive any confirmation. The voucher finally came after almost 5 hours. I think they just take this time to confirm with the hotel. After reading these reviews I got nervous and called the hotel, they confirmed my reservation is fine, so it's not a scam.
