Argentina plus Iguazu staying in Brazil and two days in Chile! We worked with Jose on our Argentina trip and some details got complicated, as the trip had originally been planned by our sister, who could not go at the last moment. Jose spent quite a bit of time with the remaining two sisters (me being one of them), going over plans, answering questions and making some changes. We were always picked up at airports promptly and well taken care of. Guides were good (some incredibly good, such as Virginia in Iguazu Falls and Roberto in Cordoba). We like traveling with Yampu -- we are not with a large group and on our own at times but have guides when we want them.

Not only did she put up with the 7 of us as we worked to plan this trip for months.....she had excellent suggestions and provided superior service and care when making arrangements. She really listened to what we wanted/needed and made sure everything was PERFECT. Honestly, she helped give us a once-in-a-lifetime family experience.

We felt safe but adventurous on each, seeing what we wanted to see, not places on someone else's agenda. The hotels were always fine and the transportation and guides excellent. The Yampu people jumped into to help in a minor crisis (flight cancelled) leaving nothing to chance.

Wonderful Vacation in Colombia! Just got back from Colombia and had an amazing time - such a beautiful country! Our personal guides were wonderful, knowledgeable, generous, and accommodating. They were not just guides, but also became friends. This was our first trip through Yampu post-COVID and the quality of the vacation programming was perfect. Steph Rudolph at Yampu is just the best! She created an incredible, once in a lifetime vacation that met all of our needs - it was well paced, fun, and made sure that everything was perfect for us throughout! Yampu Tours delivers above expectations! Jose's team at Yampu Tours delivered above and beyond for our trip to the Galapagos! Incredibly detail oriented, very communicative and helpful before, during and after the trip. We knew exactly what to expect, where to be and how to contact someone if there was an emergency. Their guides kept us safe in addition to providing wonderful information about the local culture and our program. We had several issues come up and Jose handled them extremely professionally and helped to fix these issues which were caused by third party operators (cruise and airline). When I had my return flight canceled due to civil unrest, he got on the phone with me late at night and helped me make a plan to safely return home without delay. I trust Jose and his team completely. We had an unforgettable experience and a big part of that is the quality delivered by Yampu Tours. They went beyond my expectations!
