Our First International Charter Flight into Costa Rica Yesterday we completed our first international charter flight from IAD to LIR since Costa Rica opened it’s doors in September. Aurelien as our client put it, is the consummate professional. I could not agree more! In providing any service such as private charter flights, there are elements a client or agent is looking for instilling confidence and comfort necessary to make the proper choice. Aurelien not only met those expectations but far exceeded them from the time of quoting, needed explanations and follow through till way beyond the time our clients steeped onto the ground on the other side. All tens! I only wish the scale was higher.

Elise Massey/Paramount Business Jets Elise Massey, who has handled a couple of trips for us and our 3 dogs, has made everything perfect and seamless. I am a Net Jets "refugee," and am so much happier working with Elise. Problems always come up when chartering a plane, but she handled everything from plane switches to last minute catering orders, with aplomb, good humor, and efficiency. I can't imagine with working with anyone else, but I imagine they are all as efficient and supportive as Elise, at Paramount. They clearly hire very smart and patient people, if Elise is any indicator.

I was pleased in every respect I was pleased in every respect. The broker Elise was excellent, attentive, through necessary changes and choices and weather problems. There was a mechanical- I was called right away and was able to take a later flight with excellent crew. My second flight from ACK to NYC was as excellent. This will be my choice/ family choice, in the future.

Great Service! Under COVID-19 pandemic, we're unable to find commercial flights that would allow our dog, rabbit & fish on board. Besides, we had a very tight schedule that made our relocation more difficult. We then found Paramount to help us w/our cross states move. Michael & his colleagues are very caring & helpful. They kept us well informed right from the beginning & made our travel stress free. Most importantly, we all enjoyed the flight. A big thank you to them & the flight crew!
