Impeccable service Impeccable service. Unmatched pricepoint. Great van and amenities. Only negative is I wish cooking utensils were newer/cleaner. Otherwise everything you could hope for is there. Highly recommended and will always choose this company for my west coast road trips when possible. Please take over the rockies.

Aiyre Pacific was amazing Aiyre Pacific was amazing! Not only was pick up/drop off quick and easy, they're "family like" customer service helped us through our whole trip. To top it off, the campervan got broke into while we were touring Alcatraz and Mike made it super easy to switch vans and get us on our way down the coast!! Thank you Mike, I didn't forget about you guys!!

Excellent vehicle choice! A week over National parks in USA. Excellent vehicle choice! I used Ayre's Camper Van pacific for a week to visit national parks in the US and it was a beautiful option. We prefer to stay overnight in camping areas to enjoy restrooms and tranquility; We use the equipment provided and everything is working properly as proposed. We had great online support from Mr Mike whenever we need it. Automatic check-in and check-out help a lot too, save time and are easy. Congratulations!!

Excellent service Mike was great to work with. Booking was swift and simple. His response time was prompt as well. High ratings also for Aiyre customer service. In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, we unfortunately had to cancel this dream trip. True to fashion, Mike reached out with a kind message and reassured us that our deposit would be refunded. We won’t hesitate to book with AIYRE again when this situation is under control.

Better luck next year . . . We had to cancel our trip due to COVID. Booking on the AIYRE site was straightforward. Once established, communication about the cancellation and deposit refund was outstanding. We will rebook next year with AIYRE if that is possible! I took off one star because it was difficult to find contact information from the contract or website. Hopefully a responsive phone number would have been provided at vehicle pickup; otherwise, I would have been worried had problems arisen during the rental. Update: Mike says that the contract template has since been changed to provide better contact info. Five stars!
