Best travel agent ever! We are headed on a trip to Ireland and Scotland in April and we couldn't be more happy with our agent at Authentic Ireland tours! Maggie in your Santa Rosa Office is so wonderful and helpful! She's the best at what she does, and really provided excellent customer support whenever we called. I hope we take another trip just because it's been so nice to have her helping us put this trip together!!!

We highly recommend Authentic… We highly recommend Authentic Vacations. Heather was our consultant and she was fantastic. From the minute we stepped off the plane and got into a taxi and went to our first hotel to the 7th hotel and everything in between was absolutely perfect. We did not have one problem, concern or hiccup! Heather took care of every detail. She gave us so many tips and suggestions that truly helped us throughout our 11 day trip to Ireland. If anyone is thinking about going to Ireland, make sure you contact Authentic Vacations. Just perfect!!!!!

Terrific, our trip to Ireland could ... Terrific, our trip to Ireland could not have gone better. All flights and in country transportation were seamless. All the sights and highlights we wished to see were on our itinerary and many more. I prefer to make one contact and one payment to have all expenses and arrangements associated with our travel taken care of and Authentic Ireland provided that for us. Very helpful. Wish I was there right now though.

What a great experience! Our experience was excellent. Our agent, Lauren, helped us put together a 12-day luxury self-drive tour, adding locations and hotels we selected. Authentic Ireland’s IT was top notch and enabled easy prepayment for everything. The included Irish breakfasts were a real bonus. The recommended must see sites near each stay were very helpful. We practically never use a travel agent, but plan to use Authentic Scotland next year. This is a great operation!

Authentic Ireland is a DO! Maggie helped us plan out trip from Dublin through to Manchester and booked almost all of our accommodations in September and a bit of October 2016. Maggie got us in to some really great places to stay - it would have taken me quite a bit of research to find these great places and it was worth having them do it for us. All reservations were hassle free and the cars we reserved also went without a hitch. Maggie was patient with me and my questions initially and was prompt at returning any questions once we booked.
