Overall excellent tour We just returned from a two week tour in China put together by Explorient. Overall we were very satisfied with the guides, drivers and itinerary . We had a problem with a canceled flight in X'ian which resulted in chaos at the airport. We did not have a working emergency contact number which was also frustrating . Other than that our trip was wonderful and working with Kervin was a very good experience.

This was an outstanding experience in every way This was an outstanding experience in that all the hotels were excellent and the local guides went out of their way to share as much as possible of the customs and cultural of each country we went to. The staff here in the U S was super to help before the trip and if questions came up during our travels. 4 counties in 3 weeks was just right.

Just Perfect ! Kervin arranged a custom first class trip for us to China. When we arrived in China, everything was handled perfectly. In each city we had a driver and an English speaking tour guide that took amazing care of us every day. The hotels were all top notch 5 star hotels, including the Peninsula, ShangriLa, Raffles, etc., and the daily itineraries were exactly what we had hoped for. All internal Asia flights were also arranged by Explorient and there were no issues. Prior to the trip Kervin spent a lot of time ensuring each aspect of the tour was what we wanted...very personalized experience. We would definitely use Explorient again.

The tour was a lot of fun and the tour guides were very cordial, informative, reliable, experienced and helpful. (Especially Khai do in Saigon and the guide in Hai Noi). We were given top of the line transportations, cruises, and hotels. We will recommend you to all of our friends and family. Limited Available Time Used Extremely Well Obviously you can’t really see China in the week we had available; however, if you have limited time than Explorient is the way to go. Explrient and their agents did an outstanding job of making sure the highlights we saw were truly remarkable and memorable. A perfect example was the Great Wall. There are closer viewing locations to Beijing than the one we went to but none better than the Mutianyu location. The guide adjusted the timing of our drive to ensure better weather and low crowds. It was amazing. All three guides in each of the three locales were friendly, engaging, and fun. All guides and drivers seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and showing off their hometowns.
