Very good support in USA, Guides in India weak Easy Tours is very easy to work with. They are flexible to customer needs and are able to make last minute changes even from India. What could be better: 1) Guides in India were not up to expectations. The one in Varanasi appeared dis-interested and the one in Kathmandu had more energy, but was not very knowledgeable. 2) Easy Tours should check on how the trip is going - we did not hear from them unless we called them for changes. Once contacted, they responded to facilitating the changes very well and very promptly.

Our Easy Tours travel advisor gave me all the time i wished in discussing our proposed itinerary. The guide and driver we had were professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant to be around. Easy Tours management once we were on the trip personally checked up on us a number of times to make sure we were happy and there were no issues. We felt very well cared for. Loved our trip. Excellent Service and Deep Local Knowledge I have taken many trips to India via EasyTours (also one to Nepal). Their service has been consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The trips they have arranged for me have ranged from purely vacation itineraries, to help with logistics (drivers and internal travel) for business, to help with logistics for combination visits I have planned myself in part. EasyTours has provided great drivers -- always on time and capable -- and great local guides. They have helped me in-country with changing my itinerary on the fly. Great experience The trip was well organized and the logistics impeccable which resulted in a smooth trip from start to finish. Great experience in India! Really wonderful experience with Easy Tours. Door to door service with very nice drivers and your guides. We were there during a bit of a monetary crisis, so we had no rupees the entire time we were there, and the guides and drivers used their own money for tips etc so that we wouldn't miss out on the experience. I would definitely book with them again, it was truly a stress free way to explore!
