GBThe meaning of 'happy travels'! This is the second trip I've arranged with Wanderu. I came back for another trip because the first was such a good experience. The booking process itself was smooth and easy. The prices were, and still are, the best around. And even more satisfying, the specific transportation service I chose for the trips (Barons) are shorter in total time than any other bus line or transportation service. I was quite pleased that Wanderu offered this particular bus line. The bus itself was clean, comfortable and convenient with a few accommodations. Overall, I've had nothing but positive experiences so far and, while I look forward to this trip, I plan to use Wanderu for many more this year.

GBOnly the journey will tell So far, I've only experienced the booking process. That part was GREAT. I can, at this point, only guess what the actual situation will be on the trip. But, I am looking forward to an enjoyable experience.

GBI tried booking a round trip ticket to… I tried booking a round trip ticket to Philly and kept getting errors every time saying the price has changed. Finally I gave up and booked it on the bus website directly. Now I see that Wanderu has sent me a wrong ticket (one way instead of round trip) and charged me on my credit card. After many emails they are refusing to give a refund saying it is not their policy. So apparently I am supposed to pay the bill for their scammy and buggy website. NEVER EVER USE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY SAFE. Edited to Add: it has been almost one week and apart from the reply below I have received no further communication from Wanderu. My credit card company refuses to return any money either and my statement is due in a couple of days too. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM ONLY CARES ABOUT REPLYING HERE TO SEEM PROMPT BUT NO ACTION EVER REALLY HAPPENS. USE ANY OTHER PLATFORM OR BOOK DIRECTLY!!!!
