The entire process was a breeze, from picking the hotels, sending the request, and then having the agreement sent and signed! It was so much easier having someone as a go-between rather than having to directly contact each hotel. Very impressed with this service!

GBThe stress of seeking hotel blocks are gone! Looking for a hotel room block was beginning to become the most stressful part of wedding planning. Using Skipper made it significantly easier! They round up some of our hotel picks and let us see competitive prices - not to mention, things we would have forgotten about (like gift bags). GBAs Sales Manager a disappointment As Sales Manager for a hotel that booked a bride with Skipper, I am currently very disappointed with them. They have sent an email asking for the actual pick up we received from the block. Here is where the problems start: 1, The link to use for the pick up does not work - on any browser; 2. The email address with the pick up report must not be monitored because I have reached out every email sent to me; 3. The phone number attached to the email is out of service; 4. There is not website any more. The number you get with a google search is out of service. I saw a review here that stated the company went out of business. I have not heard that from the company but I would believe it based on my recent searches and activity with the organization.

GBEasy to use, helpful customer service! Skipper is wonderful. I was introduced to it because of its relationship with The Knot, and the platform is very straightforward and user friendly. I got email updates when bids were accepted, submitted, and all of the paperwork was done online. The only thing I wish is that it wouldn't let me put bids into places that were already full. I had talked to a few hotels before finding Skipper, and when I saw them listed on the Skipper site, I thought there might be some hope!
