GBEverything was prifessionally handled Everything was prifessionally handled. All staff members with whom we had contact were delightful and helpful. Liked hotel el toro, just did like the price gouging on the cost of the rooms. At least breakfast should have been included. Would recommend your company to others seeking Pamplona experience. Thank you. Phyllisn

CATickets are not cheap Tickets are not cheap, but the experience was worth it! As they noted, not all balconies come with food and ours did not. It would be nice to have a little coffee and pastries while waiting, especially since we have to get there quite early, but it's quite inexpensive to buy on the cafes down the street after the run anyways. The representative who helped us out was very knowledgeable and friendly, he really helped us enjoy the experience!

GBGreat experience Great experience. We decided to go on this adventure on a weeks notice and Pam and Mark made it happen with ease. I changed a few excursions and added a person and they again made the adjustments with ease and like it was no trouble at all. The gave great advice and made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend.

AUI'm sorry to give this review because … I'm sorry to give this review because the experience itself was awesome. However, we actually pre purchased a balcony place but when we arrived we couldn't find it and even though we were 2 hours early there was no phone number and no one wanted to know us. Spoilt our experience really. nevertheless we found a spot and that saved the day.

GBIf you are considering going to watch… If you are considering going to watch or run with the bulls I would highly recommend booking with “Running of the Bulls”. I am someone who doesn’t get out much, I was a little concerned about being in a foreign country without knowing how to speak Spanish. Mark and his crew made me feel completely at ease every moment. The app made it impossible to get lost. The people of Pamplona are extremely friendly even with the language barrier, people were helpful. I usually spoke someone who spoke some English everywhere I went. I live near New Orleans in Louisiana and have experienced Mardi Gras. The atmosphere at the festival makes Mardi Gras look like a church picnic, except there were no fights the entire time I was there even with hundreds of thousands of people. Mark and his associates made all the difference.
