This is my first experience with Silver… This is my first experience with Silver Breeze and I cannot say enough good things about our agent Robin Crockett...she was so prompt at responding to all my questions and concerns, and went the extra mile for my first trip which is to celebrate a milestone birthday. I thought I did this already I thought I did this already. Everything was fine as far as arrangements, location, accommodations. The only disappointment we had was small children in the hot tub, some with diapers under bathing suits. Sometimes unaccompanied by adults.

Robin ROCKS! I had an emergency and called Robin only two weeks before I needed a rental car. She advised that Silver Breeze normally would like at least 30 to 60 days notice but she agreed to help me. I got everything I needed. Robin was so responsive, timely, professional, caring, personable...I can go on and on how great she was/is.

There were times they said they would… There were times they said they would call me back and didn’t. They didn’t explain things well in their email. Once we actually could talk things were fine.
