OnPay Rocks! I have done payroll for years and OnPay takes all of the difficulty out of payroll! Honestly they have a great app and a terrific team of people. They handle all of the standardized Federal and State Reporting. Even during the pandemic they were set up and ready to go for PPP and ERTC assistance. I barely lifted a finger, just exported reports that OnPay had developed to meet the requirements for the PPP and ERTC. I confirmed the IRS requirements were met and just forwarded the reports to our CPA's. On the rare occasion that I have to ask for help they are always available and supportive!

Migrating was relatively simple and OnPay staff were super helpful (plus, US-based) when I had questions. Running each payroll cycle is faster than our old service, plus OnPay made it easier for me to file my payroll taxes. I'm really pleased with OnPay overall - great service, friendly people.

Moved to them right before closing down… Moved to them right before closing down this year for Covid. We've had to do lots of strange things because of the PPP loan.. Change banks, pay cycles, etc. The support at on pay has been fabulous! Also loving the ability to scan in employee documents. I'm just discovering the reports. OnPay is easy to use for weekly payroll, and their handling of tax forms and integration with QuickBooks simplifies my life greatly. On rare occasions when I've needed help, responses have been prompt and accurate.

Great Service, Great Price! We have been with OnPay for only one quarter. However, during that time the service we've received has been stellar. Help is always a phone call away. I've not experience long on-hold times at all, and the representatives have always been courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable at addressing my questions. We are very happy to have switched from QuickBooks payroll and have saved a lot of money, and they helped make the transition easy.
