A dream vacation For someone visiting Italy for the first time, this is way above my expectation. I went with a small group of six girls on a customized trip with sightseeing, food/wine tasting, and shopping in central Italy--the Umbria region. The views (ocean, valleys, rolling hills, ancient cities, and grand churches) are breathtaking, food (seafood, pasta, cold cuts, and fresh vegs) to die for, and shopping (handmade leather and cashmere by local artists) is unbelievable. And Max, our tour leader, has a knack for knowing exactly where the best place to be. We did so much--wine tasting, truffle hunting, learning about how olive oils are made, and trying so many unique flavors of gelatos such as star anise, rose, lavender, and fig. I highly recommend it.

Great experience in the Piedmont region of Italy We had the great pleasure of having Max as our personal tour guide during our visit to the Piedmont region of Italy in November 2016- with a group of dear friends. Our experience was wonderful because of the expert planning done by Max. From our wonderful stay at a former castle to the winery tours, to truffle hunting and having exceptional meals, we couldn't have asked for anything more.
