We've never used an itinerary planner… We've never used an itinerary planner before and were a little apprehensive having to part with so much money! However we have no regrets whatsoever. We travelled from Innsbruck to Salzburg with lots of stops, activities, eating and accommodation inbetween. We told Barbara our likes and dislikes and she came up with an amazing itinerary which was just fantastic. We just loved it all and I can't recommend Barbara enough!

Family Trip to Vienna over Christmas Our family just completed a fabulous week in Vienna, made so in no small part to the itinerary, suggested and planned, by Barbara at Vienna Unwrapped. It was the prefect combination of "must sees" and "less knowns" that only a true local could know. Equally valuable was Barbra's experience in intimately knowing the locations and timing of suggested activities so the itinerary was efficiently planned. Barbra was available before our trip to discuss our interests and it was clear the itinerary included what we wanted and was not a quick off the shelf product. It was detailed and truly the case of having a local knowledge expert plan the itinerary. Our grown kids who we travelled with were even saying, "Barbra hit it out of the park on this one!" Thank you Barbara, sadly we didn't have enough days to see it all and are on the way home now.

A perfect day in Vienna! I can’t begin to express how much we enjoyed our experience with Vienna Unwrapped! From start to finish, the booking was easy to arrange, manage and enjoy! Barbara was friendly, responsive and insightful with suggestions, ticket and driver arrangements and the perfect guide to conduct our tour! Our guide, Brenda, was magnificent! The children loved her! The adults loved her! She was simply wonderful. We learned so much and laughed all along the way. Our driver was helpful and kind and made the day so easy for us! The visit to the Otto Wagner Spital and Church The visit to the Otto Wagner Spital and Church was one of the most inspiring and moving experiences of our life! The historical context was so strong and disturbing but the architecture of the Church overwhelmed this feeling and renewed our faith in humanity. Without doubt, this is a very special place indeed. It must be preserved at all costs.The visit was well organised and the guide was an exceptional person - top class.
