In an industry that has long hold times and where you rarely speak to an actual human being, this was such a positive experience. Then to actually save thousands on business class long haul flights, made this an easy decision. I even recommended friends and they also saved money I absolutely have made Yuri a contact in my phone for future travel.

Our daughter / son-in-law and our grandchildren live in the UK so this is important to us. We don’t travel internationally without talking to Yury first.
