Integral & reputable Very rare to find a travel agent who is honest and doesn't bait and switch. Most of them have excuses. EOM is truly a pleasure to work with. They are integral and reputable. Eli is great. He's straight from the get go. There is no bait and switch with this agent. Their customer service is unparallel to anyone else out there. Only fault was that Etihad made my wife walk a long distance from the plane to the terminal which was unacceptable for a First Class flight. To their credit EOM protested but received no explanation from Airline only the offer of a few points which totally missed the point of our complaint
