Overall a great experience, but... Overall a great experience. My only issue is with the van drivers who insist on carrying luggage and not wearing gloves or other protective measures (due to the Coronavirus). I did not want him to handle my bags, but he insisted and took them anyway.

Excellent Service I always parked at the airport but this was much safer and quicker! I didn’t have to drive around looking for a parking space in the airport’s extended lot, didn’t have to walk through a dark parking lot by myself, didn’t have to drag my suitcase a mile to get to security! Drivers were courteous and friendly, car was warmed up when I arrived back from my trip. Cannot be beat!

As usual As usual, the entire process of parking-taking us to the airport-picking us up after our return was great. The “intake” folks who checked us in along with the bus drivers were professional and courteous. Would highly recommend you guys to all our friends.

Simple Airport Parking I always park here when using Pittsburgh International Airport. The staff are always friendly and efficient when getting you to and from the airport. They take your luggage from the car to the shuttle, drop you off at the airline door, unload your luggage, and you can be on your way. The pick-up from the airport process is simple and convenient as well.

Excellent Excellent ! Drop off car. Help with baggage. Drop off at airport. Pick up at airport. Assist with baggage. Put baggage into car. Drive away in warmed up vehicle. Excellent !
