The agent made the difference. In a word Soazig made our experience great. We have made over ten trips to Europe and the Carribean and Ms. Vadel has booked several trips of those trips. She is the reason we continue to book with Affordable Tours. Soazig has stayed on top of our bookings, provided advice, and helped guide us through the cancelling and rebooking of trips during covid.

Group bookings don’t allow a category or price change Overall a good experience having booked 3-4 times with them. But remember they use group rates for bookings. This protects you from price increases (I think). But if you want to change from a Sky Suite like I booked recently and want to downgrade to Aqua then it might not be possible with a group booking. I was told even though Celebrity shows $7,000 for an Aqua cabin, the group price is more like $12,000. That’s close to what I paid for my Sky Suite. So not worth it to change. This is not about saving money. I booked a Sky Suite because I can afford it. But if I can’t make changes and we no longer get OBC then I’m not sure why I want to keep using a TA.

Great prices and great customer service! We have taken several trips through Affordable and have always been very pleased. Our associate, Lawren Farias, is extremely responsive and thorough. She always gets us the best price and follows through on all inquiries quickly and efficiently. She's a pleasure to work with.

Excellent safari experience Excellent safari experience. Tour manager in Kenya Christopher Musysoke one of the best tour guide and manager . Very caring ,making sure we see it all. Taking personal attention of food needs for every one, funny and informative. Very loyal to his organization too. We enjoyed it all,except few camps were kind of too hard to reach and limited amenities. Overall very nice trip.

Maureen OKeefe is excellent! Maureen OKeefe helped us with our fantastic trip to Japan. She is very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with how quickly she responded to any questions that we had. We definitely felt that she was our advocate in dealing with the tour company, travel insurance, and for our overall satisfaction.
