Unfortunately, we had to cancel the reservations due to Corona Virus's wide spreading around the world. Kai was excellent from the time of… Kai was excellent from the time of on-boarding to drop-off. His knowledge of history and lore provided endless interest for the 10 customers that were in attendance. The day ended in drama as the raging fire along route 30 was saved by Kai's positive attitude and dedication to seeing that we all returned to our destinations. Kai has opened my eyes to research more of Hawaii legend and history. Greatly appreciated.

Change of date We had a change of plans due to anticipated weather conditions and the change was handled very well.

Matt was a great guide Matt was a great guide. Had interesting info about Oahu in general and Pearl Harbor in particular. Was clear, on time, had refreshments and all around a perfect host for our 1 day trip from a Maui. The original confirmation email could have had better and more specific information about what to do and exactly where to go at 5 am. We figured it out but food for thought.

Great Trip My wife and I had a wonderful trip. 3 hours from Kapalua airport as opposed to spending the whole day traveling to and from the Big Island. Wade, our pilot, was extremely knowledgable and entertaining. He made every attempt to show us as much as possible, and provide allot of detail about what we were seeing. Despite the day being a little overcast , he maneuvered through the sky to ensure that we had a very smooth and comfortable experience. All of the anxiety that I had quickly disappeared as we viewed the crater of Haleakalā and snow topped Moanakea and Moanaloa. Unfortunately, The active volcano was cloud covered that day. All in all, it was a GREAT experience provided by Tom Barefoot and Big Island Air. Wholeheartedly recommend this Air tour!
