We couldn’t be happier than we were… We couldn’t be happier than we were with Andean discoveries. First class trip all around. We started in Quito and then on to the Galapagos legend. We are 3 mature women traveling and every little detail was handled in a professional and worry free manner. The local drivers and tour guides were there for us every step of the way. From picking us up at the airports (we had a total of 10 flights) to checking us into hotels, taking us to restaurants and making sure we had everything we wanted. From the Galapagos on to Cusco and Machu Picchu beautiful hotels and transportation and excellent guides and drivers. One of my best trips ever. Highly recommended

7 friends & 14 amazing days! 7 friends & 14 amazing days on a once in a lifetime adventure, thanks to Andean Discovery (AD)!! From the moment we started planning, AD was there for us. They had incredible options and ideas for our private tour friend vacation. AD didn't miss a step with all the details and needs throughout the journey. We visited the Amazon, Galapagos & Machu Picchu. Took 7 flights & stayed in 9 different accommodations...and not one SNAFU. From specific food requests, attentive, fun & witty guides, luxury accommodations, airport greeters (even to just walk us from one gate to the next gate), travel phone, private covid testing at hotels between countries and so much more!! The execution was beyond detailed & organized allowing the group to be stress free and only worry about having a great time. Hands down 10/10. Highly recommend!! Thank you, AD!!!

Andean Discovery crafted a custom trip… to The Lost City of Colombia Andean Discovery crafted a custom trip to Colombia for a Lost City trek (Ciudad Perdida). It was one of the best adventures of my life, truly a life changing experience. Guide was a pro and the Chef sent ahead of us made sure we had gourmet meal at every major stop along route. I do recommend bringing a hammock if you prefer open air sleeping, the lodging is as expected for this type of journey. The multi-day hike was book-ended with luxury hotel / Villa stays, so that made prep / recovery a great experience. Def plan on going again! Thanks to Damon and his crew for taking it to another level.

Best organized trip we’ve ever been on! We had a wonderful trip with Andean Discovery in May 2018. Every detail was looked after, and even when our suitcase was delayed in Quito, our guide took us back to the airport the following day to retrieve it. Every guide was excellent and very patient- especially when going up Machu Picchu at a fairly slow pace! We have already recommended Andean Discovery to several friends. Fantastic tour operator!

The best tour we ever had… The best tour we ever had and that is saying something as over the past 18 years we traveled in 48 countries by now. Everything was perfectly organized, customized to our taste and there was nothing left to chance. Even the smallest details were taken care of and we really did not have to think about anything. Just enjoying the experience of seeing new places, interacting with animals and relaxing.
