Best organized trip we’ve ever been on! We had a wonderful trip with Andean Discovery in May 2018. Every detail was looked after, and even when our suitcase was delayed in Quito, our guide took us back to the airport the following day to retrieve it. Every guide was excellent and very patient- especially when going up Machu Picchu at a fairly slow pace! We have already recommended Andean Discovery to several friends. Fantastic tour operator!

Best trip ever! Our trip was absolutely amazing. Our Quito tour guide Luis, drivers Christian and Hugo, Galapagos guide Andres, and our Sacha Lodge guide Jose were outstanding. We felt in such good hands. The transitions between each part of the journey were seamless, regarding airport transfers, timeliness- everything. It was so effortless on our end so we could really focus on just enjoying the trip. The guides made it such a fun and warm experience. The hotels were amazing, the cruise was fantastic, the adventures in the Sacha lodge were also astounding. The food was incredible; I felt so take care of. This was the best trip I’ve ever taken and I would recommend Andean Discovery to anyone.

The seamless journey was well planned out from being transferred to airports and hotels with our own private driver and guides to delicious meals and interesting excursions. Active Family Tour of Quito and the Galapagos We went on a tour of Quito and the Galapagos. We had about 1-1/2 days in Quito at the beginning, a week in the Galapagos (between three islands) and then a long day back from Isla Isabella, a day in the suburbs in Quito and then returned to Panama, where we live. It was an active tour, and we had quite a few great activities, including a visit to a volcano in the Quito area, getting to snorkel and kayak with a variety of turtles, sea lions, and fish in the Galapagos, and getting to see huge tortoises. We had an individual guide in both places, both of whom were great. It is an active tour, which is exactly what we wanted.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything about the trip was amazind. Our guide, Franco, was the best guide we have ever had. So full of information, so personable. He really made the trip for us. The drivers were each wonderful too. All of the arrangements and reservations were first class- hotels, restaurants, trains, tickets. Everything was well thought out and handled. It was an unforgettable trip/ experience. We would highly recommend Andean Discovery and especially our guide, Franco.
