The managers always were in touch: registered us on time with their alerts 2 days before our each flight, helped with baggage options. They were in contact when our flight to Venice was delayed. I have already suggested this website to all my friends and family and am already looking forward to planning my next trip with them. One note: after booking double check with each airline about the size of bag you can bring, some were really strict and charged us at the gate checking fees.
