He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. We booked a luxury package and were quite satisfied with the offerings. The way this is streamlined is impressive. It makes people comfortable with the unknowns. We highly recommend this company for your Umrah experience.

Perfect Umrah Trip… I was lucky to have gone solo to Umrah a few weeks ago through Umrah International, Mr. Abdul Qader planned everything for me from A to Z prior to my departure from Houston. The hotels, transportation and Ziyarah arrangements in Saudi Arabia were perfect; Mr. Fahad Ali took care of all of that; I appreciate his efforts and dedication. The transportation company’s agent in Saudi Arabia (who I was in contact with on Whatsapp) was very courteous & helpful and always available to help. My suggestion for the company is to arrange for visitors a permit to enter the Rawdah Alsharifah in Masjid Alnabawi prior to arrival because I was not lucky to get an appointment on Nusuk; and while I was there begging for them to allow me entry, I saw people coming through arrangements like mine and their permits were already arranged for them by their travel agency. I would use Umrah International services again in the future and have already recommended them to my friends and family members.

Worst experience Worst experience. Never use service of these travel agencies. Manage ur trip by urself. They take extra money from you and book you bad hotels. We are in medina now and this hotel nusk -al medina is a 2- star hotel and thy gave us as a 4- star hotel. This hotel is worst hotel nothing like 4- star. Travel agent charged me 250 dollars one night for this pathetic hotel. In real this hotel worh is 400 riyals per night. Worst hotel with no services at all.
