Trip to the UAE was well planned and thoughtfully executed. The Agents did a good job in planning and responded to our needs and wishes. The Guide and driver were generally good and responsive. We were disappointed that despite the offer of a metro card, the staff picking us up did not have one and we had to wait 3 days to receive it---having to depend on our own for travel. The first day the driver and guide were 20 minutes late because they didn't plan appropriately.

They worked with us regarding our likes and dislikes and were able to offer us exactly what we wanted to do and see. They had suggestions for us that made our trips even more wonderful. Our Christmas Markets Tour Our Christmas Markets tour was outstanding. The Tour Manager Katerina was the best! Day and city tour guides were very good. The day to day details of schedule were convenient, efficient, and clearly communicated. Navigating through the tour with our very professional driver was amazing. This is our second trip with Right and we are working on another trip. The person we have worked with to book trips, Medhat Elsergany, has been most helpful.
