We also greatly appreciated Philip's flexibility and superb customer service in adjusting the itinerary to accommodate different arrivals of our group members. Our unique interests and varied needs were addressed making it a lifetime memory for all of us. We received daily travel check-ins from them reminding us of travel details, pickup confirmations, etc. It was, by far, the best organized and easiest trip that I have ever taken. In addition to this, it was also the most interesting and personal trip that I have ever taken. We were invited into the homes of individuals from all over South Africa, learning about their experiences and stories. I will definitely ask Where it All Began to plan our next trip to Africa!
