The highlight of our trip! Phil at Where It All Began was so helpful in finding us the perfect safari accommodation. There were so many choices, it was overwhelming. Phil listened to what I wanted from the experience and helped us choose a place. My only regrets is that we didn’t allow more time at the lodge he found for us. We hoped to see the Big Five, of course, and we did. But there was a lot more to our experience than that. The ranger, tracker, staff, and accommodations were amazing and beyond our expectations. Phil helped us with other plans and ideas too, and I’d recommend his services highly. Increasingly, in the age of do it yourself travel planning, I’m seeing the real value in hiring an agent who knows the local landscape.

Absolutely Perfect. Our trip to South Africa was absolutely perfect thanks to "Where it all Began". They turned our complex itinerary and wish list into an effortless vacation. Accommodations were excellent, walking and driving tours allowed us to get to know the real South Africa. Our trip to Cape Town in particular was amazing. Where it All began connected us with an excellent guide named Paul who took us on a walking tour of Cape Town and a driving tour of the coast and wine country. The drivers were all extremely professional, courteous, and punctual. Absolutely flawless trip. I hope to do it again some day soon! I would definitely go with Where it All began again.

I am not quite sure how I came across… I am not quite sure how I came across Philip of Where it all began(What great name for the company!) on my various excursions into the internet to put together a 50 wedding anniversary trip to Southern Namibia andS.A., but I am very pleased that I did. Philip with his extensive knowledge of travel around Southern Africa was only to pleased to provide me with with some great ideas for our special trip and provide prices for various aspects of the trip that were I believe extremely competitive. Nothing was too much for him and when he said he would get back to me thats exactly what happened. I would heartily recommend Philip and his company to anybody endeavouring to put together a personalised and bespoke trip to Southern Africa. From my personal experience you won't be disappointed!

We can’t say enough positive things… We can’t say enough positive things about Where It All Began. They created a bespoke, seamless three week trip for five people ranging from age 13 to 75. Our unique interests and varied needs were addressed making it a lifetime memory for all of us. We received daily travel check-ins from them reminding us of travel details, pickup confirmations, etc. It was, by far, the best organized and easiest trip that I have ever taken. In addition to this, it was also the most interesting and personal trip that I have ever taken. We were invited into the homes of individuals from all over South Africa, learning about their experiences and stories. I will definitely ask Where it All Began to plan our next trip to Africa!

Compreforce Champions We were treated so respectfully and helpfully by Compreforce from start to finish. The lid to my Magimix stuck on the bowl. I phoned Compreforce last Friday and explained my problem to a delightful young lady who then put me on to Carlos. He advised me to try rubbing cooking oil onto the lid but was doubtful it would work. At my request, he also told me how much to replace the bowl and lid and I was looking at a cost of =/-R2000. Yesterday we visited the office in Bruma. While Carlos and a colleague worked on the bowl, we were given cappucinos and water. Carlos and his colleague worked a miracle and unstuck the lid and then there was no charge. I cannot speak highly enough of the way my problem was dealt with and the way we were made to feel like valued customers.
