GBI called to request assistance w my… I called to request assistance w my boarding pass, to save me time at the airport. I was lucky to have Ryan answer the phone. He remembered me asking for a wheelchair w I first purchased my ticket. He helped me to obtain my boarding pass and to set up the wheelchair. Excellent customer service.

INTips for improvement You are collecting details of passenger and details of booking address seperately. One time data collection is sufficient. An offer for zero cancelling charges at a rate attractive to passenger need to be provided. A discount coupon for further bookings need to be provided. There should not be a delay in confirming the tickets after payment made by the passenger. Confirmed pnr tickets should be made available in both email as well as watsap, asap

INGood but needs improvements The booking process was hassle free however after payment was processed and booking was completed they didn’t send me ticket details which caused panic. The ticket was sent over email after almost 25 mins. I was trying to reach out to their customer support but no response. Apart from this, the site is legitimate and booking can be done without worrying
