GBZero star- DO NOT BOOK ROUND TRIP. Zero star - DO NOT BOOK ROUND TRIP. return flight cancelled because overbooked. Summer called us and never did new reservation. Spent hours on the phone and still no confirmation! Customer service is hard to understand their broken English. Will never use them again!

GBDO NOT BOOK WITH THEM DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Booked round trip ticket for my DAUGHTER a minor traveling alone. Going flight no problem. Return flight canceled I called and they sent another confirmation number. Didn't think anything was wrong. My 17 year old daughter arrived at airport 6 am they informed her flight have been canceled due to fraudulent charges. SO EMBARRASSING!! Tried to rebook directly with airlines the only way she can purchase another ticket is at the counter. Otherwise banned to purchase tickets. Really sad people are like this. They offered to fix it. How can you fix fraud?!?!
