Max was wonderfully helpful! Max was wonderfully helpful. He was easy to communicate with and I felt understood. Traveling can be so stressful but his cheery disposition made me feel better about having shell out a "confirmation fee" when u bought my tickets almost a month earlier with no mention of a fee 😹 Cheers, Max! Great Customer service and compassion It was a terrible experience that I had to cancel my flight due to unexpected death In family,not expected at all. Anna was very compassionate and understand that I couldn't pay upgrade fee to cancel. She talked and then I talked to her supervisor, he was also compassionate and understood I didn't have funds. So they waived the fee and let me cancel. Never could I imagine this death happening but good to know kind compassion still exist. GOD Bless you Anna
