Excellent personal touch when needed I used TabletHotels for many years to find "just the right" hotel. Their curated collection has never let me down. I rarely need to interact with a live person since their site is so easy to use. However, I recently needed assistance with a reservation that could not be handled online. Great spot Great spot, tasteful decor, a splendid continental breakfast. Rooms are NYC-tight, but comfy with a good working area. Nice toiletries. Comfy bed and pillows. Loud street noise is mitigated by double-pane windows and earplugs, if you need em (I didn't). Very friendly and helpful service. Complimentary wine and mini bar goodies meant a lot!
