There were no problems from the very beginning, she explained everything intelligibly and in detail, warned of all possible issues on vacation, familiarized me with the preliminary list of services offered in Egypt, recommended a lot of good things, and was always in touch. As I understand As I understand, if there are no cancellations and failures, then everyone has a very positive impression of the service. Me too. To put it mildly, I do not like traditional travel agencies where employees are less competent than customers - their goal is just to sell. There are no extra people here. Everything is fast, automatic, with SMS notifications. Very suitable for sudden travel. Everything matched what I bought. Description and reviews can always be double-checked in other sources. Traveled with Central Holidays to Malta and Greece. Everything is ok, I recommend it to others. But, as I understand it, with the current situation of general cancellation, when buying something foreign, everything can fail regardless of the booking systems.

Amazing trip to South Africa Booked a trip to South Africa through Central Holidays and it was an amazing trip. From the beginning to the end. I had to reschedule this trip at least 2 times due to COVID and Central Holidays was very accomodating in rescheduling this trip. When we took the trip, everything was in place - we had wonderful greeters, tour guides and an overall wonderful experience. The activities were carefully planned and added great value to the trip. Central Holidays did an excellent job it offering an awesome experience.
