From start to finish, Ligia felt more like a family member than a travel agent. Initially, she spoke with my husband and I to get an idea of our likes and dislikes, accommodation preferences, what kinds of activities we enjoy as well as our budget. She listened to us really well, was never pushy, and provided several options for us as well as her advice based on her extensive professional experience.
