Paolo was outstanding. He was friendly and had a good sense of humour, he is very knowledgeable about his area of expertise, he was good with me recording our zoom session so I could refer back and right after our call, he sent me links to all the places we talked about, and links to interactive maps he has created. This info, even without the pleasure of a 1 hour zoom call with Paolo, was worth the fee. If you are going to be in Puglia, then I strongly suggest that you start your planning by spending an hour with Paolo on a Zoom call. It will be the best $125 you spent on your adventure.
