GBCustomer service is amazing The agent is brilliant. For some reason, my return flight schedule was changed. It's very strange. The agent is very understanding and helpful. She assisted me in getting the right flight & avoiding unnecessary changes. To top it off, she promptly sent my e-ticket information and check-in details straight to my email, showcasing an efficiency that left me genuinely delighted. Kudos to the outstanding service and problem-solving skills! I'm genuinely grateful for such a positive and efficient resolution.

INWe were 5 passengers with one infant… We were 5 passengers with one infant travelling from new york to peris during the first week of JAN, 2023. I liked the excellent treatment which they gave to us during the flight travel. The most important thing was that they announced that those having infant will get first entry at the Boarding point. This shows their great politeness towards the passengers. During the flight the air hostages were very much polite and gave us excellent services. During our return journey also we were given first entry at the boarding point, which shows their humble efforts.

GBGood company to do business with. Originally I had given them one star because when I arrived at the counter, Delta Airlines told me that the tickets were not valid. Fair Barber had attempted to contact me the day before to let me know that Delta had canceled the tickets. It wasn't the fault of Fare barber. In fact, to correct the problem they issued me a full refund.

GBNever trust this company Never trust this company. It may look like a lower price for a ticket but once you book it they charge you $62 because they booked it for you. Even when you cancel they won't return your $62. I sent emails they ignored same as calls. Truthfully should not have even 1 star but it wouldn't let me give a review. Beware of these scammers

GBThe experience was interesting The experience was fairly easy. Jenny and Ben were so pleasant. My only problem was more with my credit card company for rejecting the $30 part of the charge, requiring me to submit another card.
