This travel agency retrieves customer… This travel agency retrieves customer information from other Airlines and charges seperate fees that are unauthorized by the Airline. This was confirmed to me by the Airline that I originally purchased my tickets from. They also impersonate government officials which is a federal crime, and I will be taking action. Do not do business with these people!

Having a very bad experience with these… Having a very bad experience with these guys . I had to cancel flights due to sudden demise in family. They are not refunding the money even after 1.5 Months of request inspite of receiving refund at their end from all Airlines. No body is responding or informing the status. Even tried speaking to their MD but of no help. Never going to recommend these guys.. Please be safe...

I learned this Monday (11/14/2022) I learned this Monday (11/14/2022), I needed urgent surgery in Dubai on 11/20/2022. I live in Phoenix, AZ and my passport was expired, plus I needed plane tickets to Dubai on a last minute basis. I contacted Larry at superfares.com, he was very patient, helpful, and caring about my issue at hand. He explained all of the routes I could take as well as their corresponding prices. Larry made everything so much easier knowing that I at least had the plane ticket part of the puzzle solved!!
