I didn’t purchase travel insurance, but I will at a later time. I also have yet to book seats. I’ll add membership miles on respective airline sites for this trip, but I had the option on this site to add them. Please note, when signing up for mileage points, make sure your profile is exactly as your name is on your passport. I forgot to add my middle name and now I have to go through the hassle of correcting the profiles so I can get credit for my flights.

Price depends on the country's card you use! Easy transaction, clear information, best price BUT after inserting my Mexican credit card information, I had to choose the country and Mexico wasn't available! many countries from different continents but not Mexico?! So I switched the currency and country on the top right of the webpage to Mexico and I got a different price for the same ticket but the increase was almos 400 dollars!!! why is that? I finally deleted the mexican card number and used my US debit card: 1,100 dollars instead of 1,500! Still don't know why that increase!

Same nonsense as the other reviewers Same nonsense as the other reviewers. As soon as I booked my tickets, I got a call saying that they will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra. Cancelled the booking, not using them ever again. Reply to Destina - If you spend more than 2 seconds actually reading my review it says 'they (i.e. Destina) will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra'. You can say whatever about your policies since no one can verify it but I still have the initial email that provides booking details.
