I was having a very difficult time… I was having a very difficult time purchasing the airline tickets that I needed but fortunately enough for me the customer service representative Lenny received my call and went well above and beyond to assist me. I am forever grateful for his help and patience. He literally saved me from a nightmare of a situation. Thank you Lenny so much.

I have been trying to send a review but… I have been trying to send a review but when it comes to retrieving a code on email we’ll I can retry it but then cannot get back to review to enter it. I would like to add to my review. Jerry was very helpful in putting my mind at ease as I was very skeptical as I had never heard about Roaming mood even the name is skeptical but after talking directly to him and another agent put my mind at ease. Why calling Delta direct to purchase ticket is twice the price. I was sent my E tickets so I’m confident my trip should b great.
