Very satisfied HotelRunner Channel manager is a very easy to use product (both web and mobile). From the first setup, there were never any problems. It is an all in one system: booking manager, channel manager, booking engine, website. It is interconnected with all booking channels; thus, overbookings are over! I rarely spoke (I also rarely had problems) with support, but they were always available and quick to help.

Very easy to use product Very easy to use product. It helped to increase our occupancy and pushes our rates with just one click directly to all our channels. With its mobile app, we do the same things out of hotel too. The property management system is also very useful to check the balances, do check-ins and check-outs and manage financial issues.

Best channel manager out there We're using HotelRunner for our business for long time now and it works flawlessly across all booking engines. They also provide you the platform to accept direct booking from your own website and we managed to take advantage of it and it served us lots of money paying booking fees to third parties. The CM that brings additional business with right usage. The CM made our lives easier with global and local channels and brought business through Google Hotel Price ads. They just need to develop dashboard reports to be more effective to analyze OTA channel and Room Night and ADR performances. They still have challenges and the reporting does not work fully.
