Highly recommended Booked my tickets through Aegis Travel and I have no regrets what so ever. They made my trip suit my requirements. Reasonable prices and very good customer service. Will definately not hesitate to use them again in the future and I will also highly recommended them to everyone.

Booked with Neal to bring daughter back… Booked with Neal to bring daughter back from Texas on Frontier. But they don't do unaccompanied minors as of November 2018. Put us in a desperate situation. When I called them to talk about it the gentleman said he couldn't do anything. This complaint will also be listed in their BBB page

Aegis Travel made searching for cheaper… Aegis Travel made searching for cheaper flights easy. I was skeptical with calling and using their services at first because I had never heard of them, but I took my chances and prices were much less than I was expecting to pay. George was quick at answering my emails and handled my concerns in a timely manner. Well recommend.

They did half of the work that we paid… They did half of the work that we paid for. They got our money and never followed up on informing us of flight information, who the airline was until I kept calling we didnt even get econfirmation till I called twice as to what was going on. Then they gave us Delta airlines but no seating arrangements. I called twice as to why buy tickets with no seating arrangements for my family of 5. They said they would follow up each time but never did. We finally had to call Delta airlines ourselves to get our seating arrangements. They were very eager to collect money but not finish the task.

I just confirmed our family’s travel… I just confirmed our family’s travel seating arrangement with Radley and he was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and requests. It has been such a pleasant experience dealing with Aegis Travel. Thank you!
