Sergio was the initial point of contact from Getexperience and he was great. Knowledgeable about the activity I wanted to do and organised it well in a short time frame. Levon down before the entrance of Tsaghkadzor ski resort worked well on the ground and organised good skiing equipment and an instructor. Great job everyone involved.

Bursa - Sapanca Lake We did two tours. The focus for the first tour (Bursa) was mostly on local shopping but the second tour (Sapanca Lake) was wonderful. The weak point about the tours is a little bit delay in the beginning. The tour guide (Talha) was wonderful.

Parajanov Museum Parajanov museum in Yerevan was so awesome and the guide provided by GetExperience knew a lot about cinema. Great stuff.

The boat party was great The boat party was great. But it was told there will be after party in Clubs with free drinks. But we have to buy a new ticket for 'all you can drink' option. By side that there were no one how took care of us. No information. The club we were supposed to go, was closed. After long waiting we decided to go by ourselves to a club. The party on board was amazing but the after party should be more organized and you should give the right information.

Advertised but not available Villa Borghese Gallery is a popular location to visit in Rome. We found availability with this company for Monday 20th March and booked a few days before. Unfortunately the advertised day (Monday) the Villa is closed. We received confirmation and cancellation emails on the same day and a few days later a WhatsApp message suggesting we book another day or request a refund. We had to chose the refund option which we have now received. Unfortunate experience, re booking, but good coms and refund as promised.
