London Towncars of New York was founded by the late Stephen Spencer Sr. and two partners in 1959. Since that time we have remained a family owned business that upholds the tradition of excellence that has made us an industry leader. Our chauffeurs are company employees and we own, maintain and detail all of our vehicles in our 25,000 square foot full service facility.
