I love the suggested itinerary and how easy it is to change the events and move items between days. I would enjoy having an easier way to add my own events and locations to the plan; it is possible to do this, but it requires too many steps. We are looking forward to living daily using this app during our stays in London and Paris.

Good but could be better - Web interface is a bit clunky Web interface is a bit clunky. The ability to move tours between days would be easier in a view showing all days and all tours. Being able to create lunch breaks every day that slotted in with the tours around lunchtime would help. Warnings show up incorrectly for start times when arrival time = opening time. Lots of edits causes failure to add hotel. Download/print itinerary often fails.

Functionality has reduced Have been using the site for several years but appears some functionality has been removed, ie. amend mode of transport to more than 1 option on same day. App also has less functionality than site so I need to login via google/explorer to make updates

The Visit the City app makes planning… The Visit the City app makes planning your trip so easy. Using the app you can setup your schedule by day, time and attraction. It gives you valuable information on where attractions are located and the times they are open so you can adjust your schedule. The map feature is very helpful. You can plot out your plan of the day and adjust the event/attraction to minimize wasting time. We always started our route for the day from our rental apartment then selected attractions, events, tours we wanted to see and created the map on the app for each individual day. Great app

Has Potential Aug 11, 2021 VisitACity's customer service is prompt and responsive, but I still cannot pull city information unless a turn off wifi on my iphone. Aug 2, 2021 Useless. unless you are really into error messages. For example, as I try it now, I am getting "no network connection was detected" message even though I am now at home on my wifi.
