GBAmazing day at Santa land, dreadful resort Amazing day at Santa land. Dreadful accommodation, dreadful food spoiled the holiday overall. Resort hotel shabby, curtains didn’t fit windows, dreadful lukewarm buffet food, expensive drinks, inexperienced resort staff. For 2,500 per head for 3 days this is not worth the time nor money. BUT the day finding Santa was fabulous although we definitely won’t return for lumpy beds and pillows, draughty rooms and food that was appalling.

GBSimply magical! Simply magical! Without doubt one of the best family holidays we have been on. From the facilities to the activities and staff, it was outstanding. The Finnish people are beautiful just like their country; the landscape was absolutely stunning. We knew we would enjoy ourselves but was not prepared by just how much. Our three boys are begging to back. The organisation of everything was just perfect.

GBAmazing experience from start to… Amazing experience from start to finish. So well organised by elves and their helpers the reps. Husky ride A* Santa visit was purely magical Hotel room decor needs to be upgraded, but were still very adequate, very warm , clean and very comfortable beds. Would happily recommend to others and will hopefully return one day

GBHonestly everything was thought of and… Honestly everything was thought of and organised by the team perfectly. 💯 recommended without a doubt. No worries for me and the itineraries were spot on and always reminded Very magical to the last detail. Even before you get off the transfer we had elfs throwing snowballs at the coach (naughty lol) 5 star artic hotel was brilliant. So much to do. The team really do work well together You see they all love their job and it shows

GBThis was our fourth and final time… This was our fourth and final time visiting Santa's Lapland. After saying it was a once in a lifetime trip, it turned into somewhere we just loved so much that we had to come back again. Our children talk about it all year round, recalling such amazing memories. The activity day with Santa is very magical and well run. The accommodation is basic, but we barely spent any time in there and yes the food is limited and the queues are quite long, but for us this didn't spoil the magic of lapland and Saariselka is possibly the most beautiful place in the world. So these small minor things to us are far outweighed by the beautiful settings. We spent so much time tobogganing , walking in the beautiful forest and we even tried snowboarding which we loved. Our three are now possibly too old to return again but the magic of finland will stay with us forever.
