Bruce Bruce, an Air Canada rep. for "organize my trip", helped me to no end. I became completely flustered when trying to book a flight for my sister and her granddaughter in order for them visit me. This man was patient, had an excellent tone at all times which permeated with understanding and kindness.

Franklin was very helpful in getting… Franklin was very helpful in getting the trip put back in place. It was still hard to understand the final price breakdown. Probably because I am still upset that I was charged a change fee.

Sara was great Sara was great. She really helped me out to get a reimbursement on a double charge that happened by accident. She was courteous and efficient.

I’m am very disappointed in your… I’m am very disappointed in your company or any company that would take advantage of Seniors or Veterans & charge them a ridicules charge for something already paid for.
