GBExcellent Service from TTL Holidays and Khushi***** Got the best rate and flights with flexible timings for my trip from the USA to India .The same flight shown online on different websites was very expensive (atleast 150-200 $ more). Would appreciate Khushi's patience as it took me two weeks to confirm the trip and deal offered but still she talked calmly and nicely each time we interacted.Book through them as they beat the price of any other travel agent. GBNot a profession company to buy tickets I purchased the ticket from https://flydealfare (Merchant Name: TTL Holidays) on 16th Dec 2019 and a total amount of $3684.87. When I checked my CC statement, I saw all 7 lines in my credit card statement. 4 line items charged by United Airlines amount $2842.xx and $842.xx was charged by TTL holidays. Fly date was 25th June 2020 Due to COVID, I got a call from flydealfare and they confirmed the flight was cancelled. After a month, they confirmed that they will refund $3484 instead of original charge $3684.87 (deduct $200 = $50/passenger). I agreed. By Aug end, I got a partial refund of a total $2842.78 from United airline. As per Merchant, TTL holiday already refunded $642 to same credit card on 17th July 2020 with transaction reference number 0014883xxx . Merchant confirmed this in mid October 2020. I checked with my Credit card company representative, whether there is any refund from TTL Holidays with an amount $642 and Credit card representative confirmed that there is no refund from TTL holidays merchant. I contacted TTL again and requested for evidence of this refund but surprisingly there is no evidence for this refund.

GBJaspreet: Great going! Jaspreet is a good customer rep. she has patience to listen and cater to customers queries. Great work by your company in follow up with customers. Improvements for your company: Website needs more user friendly interface so that customers can choose and book their own flights. I did not like the idea of not been able to choose my seats. 72 hours before the flights all the good seats might be gone. I needed the window seat for all four lags and want asian vegetarian meal. Customers can choose seats at other websites. You should be able to provide that as well. Seema Jain
