I just got last minutes birthday holiday from my baby girl, she will be 18 this december and she straight A and her last senior year i want to have a vacation and celebrate her. so happy ryan jones at one dollar fly was able to help with exaclty the dates and times for a great deal. thank you RYAN

Customer service at its finest I booked a flight with this company and they were very helpful throughout the process. Hours before our departure, my husband came down with Covid. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip. In talking to Elena Ross, she was able to guide me through the process of providing the required documentation so that she could negotiate a substantial e-credit from United Airlines for my next trip. A big thank you Elena for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty.

Excellent follow through Oliver Jones provided excellent service when I recently booked our flights to visit grandchildren in North Carolina. He took time to locate the flight that would fit with our schedules and what was most impressive was his follow through. He called me back with answers to questions I had when he said he would. I will definitely contact him the next time we need flights.

DO NOT USE ONE DOLLAR FLY DO NOT use this company. On two separate trips they have called back asking for more money claiming the airline changed the itinerary. The first time I refused and cancelled my reservation, they then called back to convince me to keep my reservation saying that they were able to keep the same itinerary and price. For our second reservation they called two weeks prior to my trip, I called the airline directly and they had only added an additional stop but the price was the same, when I asked how much was the cost of my ticket I was shocked to find out it was $821 We paid this company over $1600!! TOTAL SCAM AND PRICE GOUGING!!
