5 Stars is Not Enough! Absolute great experience booking and working with Sun Splash Tours! I booked with them for my entire fraternity at Bucknell University and the service was supreme. Everything from booking flights to the hotel to parties was made easy because of Sun Splash Tours. Trying to coordinate 100 college students on a spring break trip is not easy, but with the help from Sun Splash Tours the experience was pleasurable. We were very unsure where we wanted to go, but Loreen was very knowledgable with every location and helped us decide on Punta Cana and we could not be happier! I will definitely look to book with them next year, for their service is very personable and I felt very taken care of.

Amazing experience in Cancun I traveled to Cancun on spring break last year (2016) and my experience traveling with Sun Splash was seamless. Loreen helped us out with everything, we told her our budget and she was able to make a trip work for myself and my 2 roommates. Once we were on site Olger from Sun Splash was awesome, he made sure we had our party passes and that everything was all set for our 4 nights there. We had an awesome time going out to the clubs and on the booze cruise. I would definitely travel with them again and recommend that everyone does too!

HORRENDOUS Check In/Out Experience - No Staff On Site Great price, but horrible check in and check out experience. No direct sunsplash staff to communicate with. And no important information was ever relayed to us, especially regarding our check out and shuttle to the airport. Some of our group almost missed their flight because it was impossible to figure out who to contact about the shuttle transfer ride to the airport. It was completely horrendous and I wish I hadn't spent the money on the trip. I will NOT be using sunsplash again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

It was the worst experience I have ever… It was the worst experience I have ever had. They should not be selling spring break packages and taking advantage of college students.
