Best spring break trip I've ever been on -

It was the worst experience I have ever… It was the worst experience I have ever had. They should not be selling spring break packages and taking advantage of college students.

Absolutely exceeded expectations Honestly was even better than we could've imagined. Not a single thing went wrong which we were shocked about and we had the literal best spring break of our lives. The entire staff was sooo friendly, food was surprisingly great, and we had the time of our lives. We were slightly skeptical since most people we knew went through the more expensive well known programs but we ended up having an equally amazing time with the exact same experience for a cheaper cost!!

HORRENDOUS Check In/Out Experience - No Staff On Site Great price, but horrible check in and check out experience. No direct sunsplash staff to communicate with. And no important information was ever relayed to us, especially regarding our check out and shuttle to the airport. Some of our group almost missed their flight because it was impossible to figure out who to contact about the shuttle transfer ride to the airport. It was completely horrendous and I wish I hadn't spent the money on the trip. I will NOT be using sunsplash again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Great experience! Great experience today with them. Great price friendly staff and beautiful sights. Captain Shaun was amazing and very knowledgeable. If I ever come back to the Island I know I will ne using them again!
