Not a good experience The response from team is very slow. They commit 2 hrs delivery, however they deliver the next day, which is fine. The hotel booking they provided were not accepted by VFS as they require booking from Booking.com site or from hotel directedly (which is not BRFV fault). During the application process, they somehow canceled the flight booking, which then was reinstated after I put positive feedback about them on this site (they literally blackmailed me for that).

Request for re-reservation Sorry to say that I reserved a ticket, but unfortunately, we were not able to check it online, and it was invalid. So I hope, as I paid the money, your company re-reserves a ticket that's valid and can be checked online

Stupid website Stupid website, stupid behaviour from the staffs.. Vfs checked on day 6 and ticket was invalid.. emailed them multiple times .. didn’t reply initially for 5 days.. then replied on day 13 saying it will be valid for another 1 day as per commitment. Where was your commitment when vfs checked the ticket.

Fast service Fast service. If something is messed up because of slow internet and browser errors, they solve the problem quickly. They do business class bookings that other sites don't do. Booking is active longer time than on other similar sites.

This is a fraud company This is a fraud company. Please do not buy any tickets for schegen visa application from them. I did enquire about these reservations before hand whether these will be accepted for Greece Visa Application and they wrongly confirmed yes and assured me the refund in case my visa is rejected however Embassy did not even accepted my Application due these tickets. Now this company is showing me their T&C on asking refund. Clearly I feel like cheated.
