Website Impossible in Cell Phone! The actual storage of the luggage was no problem. Using the website on my iPhone was impossible. The airline had to let me log in in their computer. Why doesn’t knock knock have an app for iPhone?

The technology works well We received great service when we left our luggage with Teddy Ballgames at South Station Boston. We felt more than happy with the security and the technology worked really well. it was great to be able to spend an extra day in Boston while waiting for our evening flight.

Glitchy. Glitchy. There is no sign in button after you sign up.Gave feedbacks which they keep saying it’s there in its pop up window. Which does not exist on my iPhone 6. Good idea/concept and see a need. However, u need to check ur code if it’s compatible with all phone models instead of arguing with your customer that it’s there. Luckily I screenshot the QR code just incase because I couldn’t access my account afterwards. This was also expressed by others and the manager that signed me in.
