GBScammers! Avoid at all costs Scammers! Avoid at all costs. We booked an international flight to Auckland with Emirates through the website and the agent called up and said that luggage was not included and this was another £400, and that to cancel was £150. Nowhere in the booking did it say luggage was not included, Follow up is that they are now asking me to remove my post, claiming it is a different company, when it is not as i have the original booking. BEWARE!

GBHe called us back repeatedly when we… He called us back repeatedly when we kept getting cut off. After booking online we had to change the flight a few hours later and he did it for no charge. He was helpful.
